I agree we need to do more to help those that arephysically unable to do as much as they would like.

when i was small, during the summer I would be out of the house the whole day withmy friends, and my parents would not worry about anything happening to me.

my young nephews and nieces do not have the same fun. A sign of our times…

I don’t think it is just about ‘organic’… being eco-friendly also means reducing your carbon footprint among other things… buying locally grown food and supporting local growers, whether they are organic or not is just as important.

They had recycling bins set up for paper and cans, for example, and had cut down on printed materials and such.

I’m not sure we are as educated as we think. There are new products becoming available every day.

There is a cost factor. Trees have really gone up in price. However, they are easier to dispose of now because a lot of people are willing to pick them up after the holidays are over.
