Annie's mac and cheese is great. This is what I do for an excellent taste treat. If you use Tuno, vegetarian tuna that tastes too "tuna" for me, use half the "roll" and add it to your mac and cheese as soon as it is done. Let it sit about five minutes, then plate it with some peas or perhaps some nice steamed carrots. You'll love it! (The other half of the roll I make into "tuno" salad [mayo, sweet relish, dill, garlic] that my hubby loves on soda crackers.)
