Don't wait for special occasions to eat dinner by candlelight (just be sure your wick is lead-free). I also bring my face soap to the shower and wash my face there rather than do a separate wash at the sink. If I have the time, I'll collect run-off rinse shower water to use on plants ( I use very gentle biodegradable soaps anyway)
