to think otherwise is merely conceit...

In the history of the earth we are but a blink of the eye. It has gone through some very traumatic changes and our fouling it up the way we are is certainly not helping but, Climate change is inevitable. Magnetic poles change every ten to twenty thousand years,Volcanoes can expel Billions of tons of chemicals into the air with a single episode. for billions of years it wasn't even habitable for us. We're lucky to be here at all. Live life and enjoy each new day.
