It is a very good use of your taxes, in comparison to some of the projected costs of climate change. For example, changing a whole farming infrastructure to adapt to different climatic conditions, or tackling new outbreaks of diseases.. ??
The Stern report published earlier this year measured the cost of climate change problems in trillions, not billions...
