There's certainly been some weird weather about, bad as well as hot. Has anyone seen the coverage of the storms in the UK over the last few days? I was looking at a photo of a beached ferry this morning.

There haven't been any crazy storms here but the weather is definitely all over the place which is disconcerting in itself. Usually it would have started to become spring proper here but there are very warm days followed immediately by very cold ones.

Really? It must be due to GLOBAL WARMING! Of course. You know the funny thing is that there HAS to be the 10 warmest years. You couldn't have 100 years on record and have no top 10 hottest years. It's a comparison. And the 1st warmest year was probably 1926. It's quite random. Actually, not quite. It has quite a bit to do with solar levels. Recently they have been quite high. Must be all the cars driving around on the sun emmitting C02 causing global warming there, right?

Now that you mention it, there is that theory called mass hysteria. Most people can't remember warm winters from earlier, it must all be starting now. My dad remembers riding his bike outside in January. It's like the infamous quote on a day when it's 40 degrees above average-"Damn global warming." It's creating more crap than it really deserves. According to measurements, we're on average 1/2 a degree warmer. I don't think that this was due to global warming at all.

Well, the weather here in Arizona seems to have come off the roller coaster for at least a while. It seems to be staying right in the low 90s and high 80s. It would be wonderful if it stayed that way all summer long! But, it will not.

The seasons have been shifting for years. It's just more evident now. Here in Phoenix we were on a roller coaster with the temperature and now it is finally started to settle down. Usually and may we start seeing triple digit temperatures and they are not even predicting triple digits yet. This is very unusual.

I live in Spain and this has been the coolest and rainest spring I have experence. I live on the Med coast and last year ar this time I was swimming. This year I am still wearing boots and a trench. Some mornings even a turtle neck sweater. I find in uncanny that in the UK and Northern Europe that it was warmer than here.

I at on that roller coaster ride here in Phoenix. It's been fairly nice last couple weeks. Tomorrow they are predicting triple digits until next Friday when it is suppose to go back down into the mid-90s. I suspect that the cold and flu season will be changing as well. I wonder how many people will get sick or have gotten sick because of this roller coaster ride.
