I thought I would share this with you all. There is a musical about global warming being put on at St. Peter's College in Agra. I thought that this was a great way to get the message out about global warming. I would love to see more things like this to let people know about the dangers of global warming. That looks pretty entertaining actually! This isn't so much of a new idea as far as getting issues across using stage shows (like AIDs plays/musicals in Africa and S.America) but it's definitely an effective one for spreading the message across the general population.

This sounds great, should have made it to Agra. Being near by to Agra, should have checked this out before so that today I would have tried to check it out.

I think it's just what's needed now. If this is a good and entertaining musical, it might make the rounds of countries and universities spreading the word. Especially India, who has been a dumping ground of toxic and generally nasty chemicals courtesy of American and European multinationals, should have something worthwhile to say.

I am not to sure if there are any videos or not. If I find any I will post them here. I think this would be interesting to see. I would love to see how they incorporated it into a musical.

What would really be cool would be if one of the songs turned out to be a rousing anthem that people could really get behind. There are all kinds of songs that you could say have to do with the environment, but I can't think of one right now that specifically addresses global warming?

An interesting idea, although the thought of sitting through a musical about global warming fills me with horror. Musicals really aren't my favourites! However, I suppose that the greater number of mediums the message is expressed through, the greater the uptake will be so it has to be a good thing.

Wow, I hadn't heard of anything like this being put on before. It just goes to show you just how important it's starting to become if they're even doing musicals about it.

Or its a clever marketing idea. Green sells so producers are on the bandwagon.
