New Documentary Refutes Global Warming
There is a new Documentary out that claims that the global warming hysteria is the only thing man made in the climate change debate.
You can see a link to the British report at foxnews.com

I have to assume, then, that even if the global warming theories, or hysteria, leads to improved air quality, more recycling, and a greater awareness of human activity, that there is no documentation and no evidence whatsoever that the climate is changing and the average temperature is rising?
What does disagreement about global warming and climate change mean to you?

Well it doesn't surprise me that there are people that don't believe in global warming. In all honesty I don't see how you can refute aspects of global warming. I will have to check this out.

I agree with Tater. I wouldn't trust a word about the environment from those who try to dispute it.

Re: New Documentary Refutes Global Warming
I am extremely environmentally friendly in all of my habits but I'm actually one of those people who believes that Global Warming MAY be less of a problem than we are being told, or that Global Warming is being caused by natural environmental changes... HOWEVER, there is no convincing proof for me either way, so I say why not err on the side of caution??? It's kind of like when we are warned about certain things that cause cancer, yet a LOT of people don't get cancer from them... I still avoid those carcenogens because to me it is just not worth the risk even though I know that there is a chance that it may not give me cancer. Global warming is just too big of a deal to mess with so why risk it?

Re: New Documentary Refutes Global Warming
I am sure there are scaremongers on both sides...
But regardless of whether it is as serious a problem as some are making out (or not) learning to waste less of our natural resources can only be a good thing for the planet, and for the human race.

I totally agree that erring on the side of caution is just the best course of action. It is better to be safe in sorry when you are talking about the place that you live.

All I had to see was "fox news" and I knew it was a phony piece of claptrap. These regressives haven't a care for our world, they just have to be an ignorant bunch of contrarians, probably making a pile of money in the process.

Agreed! I quit associating Fox with the word "News" the day that George Bush was "elected".

Re: New Documentary Refutes Global Warming
Our ability to realize we are capable of climate manipulation, is an achievement. This newly evolving capability should be carefully contemplated. Varioius results and intents can design the world we want around our desires. Historically rotation rate and distance/angle from the sun was related to temp variations ,now with atmospheric gaseous contemplation we can see new results coming potentially possible. The important thing is to "model" as if as a teacher, the technology that we envision, that should be, as a part of our desire for a living planet. I felt the intense light in New Zealand from the hole in the ozone layer over head. Knowing the intolerance of plants to UV, I'm headiing for the shade.
