Well if anybody ever hears of an "Earth Hour" again, let the rest of us know. And post the URL so that we can investigate it as well.

I found this in the paper today. Looks like we had great success.

I found a countdown to next year's earth hour. We're on solar electric power so we wouldn't make a difference in the numbers. We are extremely conservative anyway.

Thanks for posting that up. It's good to know that many of us in the GTA were able to make a difference and show results like that to inspire others into knowing that this kind of activity actually can make a big difference. I wish I had remembered -- I feel like an idiot for forgetting about it.

Apparently there is another 'Earth Hour' being planned for Earth-Day proper at the end of the month so I figure I can redeem myself by adhering to that one. There really should just be one of these a month!

I received another Facebook invitation for participating in Earth Hour at the end of this month (on Earth Day). It would be really cool if a bunch of us on here could participate together.
