Seems to be good tips but the only thing I would mention is that I'm not having a dishwasher. I prefer to wash by hand and it is the way that's mentioned in the site you specified, fill one sink with hot water and other with cold.

I prefer to have things hand washed. I find it hard to imagine how using a diswasher could be greener. I don't like having dirty washing up waiting around until there is a full load in the dishwasher. It is much easier to do it by hand straight after a meal before the food gets dried on the plates.

I suppose it depends how large your household is and how well you stack your machine. It's certainly possible to use a dishwasher in a more water and power efficient way than some people do.
