Very interesting! I believe they are working on green hotel in Victoria. LEED certified. Buildings use large amounts of electricity. It's great to see some progressive architects.

can't wait to move next year.. i'm going to put all of my 'new knowledge' to work on my next house and hopefully be about thisclose to being 100% off the gird.. just have to find the right chunk of land with a stream for my little hydro turbine system...
