There's a municipality here that is trying to put through a by-law. All major stores (big box places) will have to have a green roof/garden! That's totally awesome. And these guys can definitely afford it and it's great for the environment.

Well, if people want to be part of a municipality and want our money, it's the least that they can do. And really, it benefits them as a company too!! Win, win.

I'm glad to see businesses are starting to do their part. You have companies like Dell willing to recycle used ink cartridges, grocery stores in California charging or some banning traditional grocery bags, and now mandatory roof gardens! We still have a long ways to go, but I'm glad that more companies are starting to help out.
