My boss has strays she feeds daily, but they don't come by much anymore. Unfortunately her bowl of water freezes quite quickly now. It's too cold.

My Dad makes a little lean-to for stray cats in his backyard, and he leaves some moist food. He would take them in, but he already took in a pregnant cat, and the city has limits. The local shelter just does a trap and spay, not a real shelter program.
