Findland is always way up there on the Green living index. I do take great pride in this,because of my Finnish background. I am frugal, just like I was taught ,by all my wonderful Finn relatives.

I couldn't access the link either, but I think it would be great to know. These are places I'd like to see, putting green policy into action. There are also some car free city models that I find fascinating. I know some European cities are planning to close the downtown core to cars. I think we may have to consider going that route in the bigger, more congested North American cities and implement different infrastructure like trams.

Car free cities would be awesome. Many people in bigger cities already do not own cars. I wish there was more public transportation where we live.
