Wow, this was very interesting. Some surprising and some not so. Thank you for posting. I wish that USA was a little higher on the list.

The US is way down the list on number 23. Being in the US that really is saddening.

I couldn't access the link either, but I think it would be great to know. These are places I'd like to see, putting green policy into action. There are also some car free city models that I find fascinating. I know some European cities are planning to close the downtown core to cars. I think we may have to consider going that route in the bigger, more congested North American cities and implement different infrastructure like trams.

Car free cities would be awesome. Many people in bigger cities already do not own cars. I wish there was more public transportation where we live.
