Default Need some eco friendly arty stuff?

I came across this site while looking for arts and crafts items and knowing we have some creative people here thought I'd share it. It has lots of cool things such as organic yarns, soy crayons and basket weaving kits.

This is an excellent site! I absolutely loved the soy crayons. Thanks for sharing it with us. I'm going back to the site to order some of the drawing journals.

I just posted about beeswax crayons. This site sells the soy crayons for less! Thank you so much.

I think we should all encourage our friends and family to use stuff shown in the site coz they are really cool and work better for theenvironment....and I am sure in no way less useful than there plastic counterparts....

I like the hemp paper products the best and the beeswax ones as well. To be honest I wasn't expecting these to look as nice as they are and that's definitely a pleasant surprise.

Thank you for telling us about this site, it has certainly set me thinking about the changes I can make in my art and craft projects. I must admit that I hadn't given it much thought before. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the products on the site were.

I'd be curious to hear what kind of dyes go into them as well. I may be wrong but I thought I remembered hearing that the chemicals used in traditional clothing dyes and so forth were pretty environmentally harmful.

I'll be sending the link to my daughter and daughter-in-law, because my grandkids are all crafts crazy. They spend alot of time coloring and painting and sending me some of their masterpieces (well, I think they are at any rate)!
