I think you could do a great kids book. Something like "101 ideas/activities to help your kids go green." You could include all sorts of information about teaching precycling, recycling, energy conservation, gardening, composting, etc. Good luck with your book.

A book on green arts or 'how to recycle just about everything at home' could do well with kids as well as grown ups.....
