Glad to find this forum (Thanks to Timetrvlr), this place looks real good so you may see me a lot here.
Anyways,
I live just outside of Vancouver BC Canada.
I am a welder by trade but over the last few years I started getting into computer repairing and taking life a little more easier.
I was born in Vancouver, grew up in Surrey and Kamloops. I lived in Calgary for a year and a half in the mid 80's and in Winnipeg for a year in the late 80's. That's where I received my job experience for my welding ticket. Then returned to the West Coast.
I then moved to Fort St. John BC in 1995 and stayed their until 2000. I was working at a sawmill up there and the long winters drove me nuts so I sold my house and moved back home to the coast. I have been semi retired from welding since. I plan to go back to school for some computer courses in the fall.
I actually collect comics as one of my hobbies, the paranormal, aliens, and the Cosmos has interested me my whole life. I also love fishing and going camping to get away from it all.
I have also become interested in Astronomy and I love going up the hill on a dark clear night to look at the stars and planets. I have not seen any alien motherships yet, but wish I would. Seen many comets and a few things I can not explain.
Gardening is another past time I enjoy. I am not married and have no children yet but I have 6 nephew's and two nieces.

Yes I will admit now, I am a very left wing politically. Not communist left, but NDP left.
I do vote NDP 60% of the time and the Marijuana Party the rest, and yes I am for legalization of Marijuana.
Well that is about all I can think of at the moment.
