I hate pollution so i am changing everything around me that I can in my house that has any harmful junk in it unfortunately I still have to drive. But I have found a product that will cut down on using cleaning chemicals around the house using Antibacterial Microfiber cloths and water to get rid of bacteria germs and viruses that lurk. They are so awesome that I am going to join up!

When you find something that eliminates using hazardous chemicals you have to say WOW!!

I live in the country so I do a lot of canning from my own garden and use natural vegetable based pest control that is safe to swallow not that you would want to the taste is not great. Also we have a huge sunporch that creates a lot of heat in the winter to save on gas bills.

Welcome to the board! We need enthusiastic posters that are willing to contribute solutions as you have done. I hope you find a few answers here and share more of your ideas.

By the way, we have found ordinary white vinegar to be a wonderful help in preventing and getting rid of hard water deposits. We use 1-1/2 cups of vinegar in every load in the dishwasher and our cutlery is spotless! (We have hard water, others may not have.)
