I seen something on TV about this not to long ago where people were heating their house this way. I find this very interesting and the idea that we take a natural resource to provide it is awesome.

How is this free if an individual can't tap in and use it, without paying a power company for access on an ongoing basis?

What a great idea. I assume that (hopefully) geothermal heat will never be in short supply.

Several older apartment buildings in my city were renovated recently, and the great thing is that the developer decided as long as we're renovating, let's go green and heat with geothermal energy.
