I'm sure you have a point there other than juvenile humour and poor sentence construction; care to make it?

I was hoping you would make it mollyL, since you produce the most.

Ah, hoisted by my own petard. If I'd have realized you're some scary monster I certainly wouldn't have asked you to make your point. Won't waste my time in future...

now children play nice...

tom, i am at a loss to understand what exactly you 'won' there.... childish insult throwing, especially on the internet, is a waste of energy... not very green is it?

back to topic...

Well this sure is a cool thing...i mean hot thing happening...imagine someone very angry and suddenly a person comes with wires and all sorts of things to get his body heat as he is really a good specimen for the moment....

or maybe someone running a high temperature and transmitting enough heat to warm an entire roomm....

well...my imagination is running wild.....

It does get your imagination going thinking of all the ways you produce body heat. I still in the end an interesting thought. Who knows in the future what will come of it?

you could have 'filling stations' where groups of people could go into a packed room for a few mins on their way to work maybe... they could just pretend they are on their morning train to work...

come to think of it... considering the press of bodies during rush hour to and from work..they should rig up trains to collect the heat...

If they can harness this type of energy, that would be amazing. I know a lot of people who give off "hot air," lol,

There is a significant amount of silliness happening in this thread but at the heart of it is a subject worth exploring. Many have had the idea of domed cities and building with heat collection systems to recover lost heat which is a major contribution to atmospheric pollution. I said in another post that heat is a little discussed byproduct of han industry and human existance. The human body puts out a lot of BTU's. The concept was explored well in the movie, The Matrix. The machines harvested humans to produce thermal energy to maintain the machine civilization. Humans amounted to the equivalent of a bilogical battery. As technology becomes more innovative and sustainable principles become closer to something akin to ideals we can see a far greater recovery of heat from a multitude of sources which will reduce our contribution of heat directly into the environment and consequently a reduction in the use of energy for heating. I am mindful that an ocean is merely a collection of billions of gallons of raindrops.
