Not only is it possible to find organic mac and cheese, but it's even possible to find gluten or lactose free mac and cheese. I've bought them since I have food intolerances.

Amy's offers a great dairy free mac and cheese. It is in the frozen section. I still prefer the Amy's mac and cheese with cheese.

LOL culture differences always make me laugh. Mac and Cheese is a pasta dish. It's macaroni pasta covered in cheese. An all time North American favorite with kids. My kids simply love it plain, or some people like it with ketchup and all the other variations listed here.

I second what was said about the very excellent mac cheese from Annie's. The flavour is subtle but quite full, and it is reasonably priced.

Annies makes some other wonderfully yummy stuff as well. She makes a veggie pot pie and a broccoli pot pie with cheese that are totally excellent. I've also seen an enchilada pie of hers but didn't get a chance to eat it before it was sold out!
