Once my babies are about 9-10 months old, we give them pretty much what we are having for dinner. Unless it is too spicy. Soups that are chunky, or stews, can be pureed.

Asian foods are totally different from those of other country foods. I am not sure if the Asian foods would really suit all the people as some had allergies, we are habituated of these foods so they really are suitable to our health.

when she turns a year, you can start giving her yogurt.. instead of feeding her yobaby, make your own instead.. make your own yogurt from organic whole milk and then blend in mashed up berries and banana. you'll save a ton of money and it's better for the environment since you don't have all those empty yogurt containers

I'll have to see if I can find them. Do they actually taste like chicken or are

Actually I find they have a taste like chicken but they sorta taste like fake chicken. but from experience i like the taste of the fake chicken better than that of real chicken nuggets.

Thank you for any help.
Parenting responsibilities have grown wider as we need to keep our babies and the earth healthy. Even celebs are sharing eco-friendly tips (Kate Hudson Shares Eco-Friendly Parenting Tips at The Insider).

I found that this site is a one-stop-shop for all the information on organic food. May be you can find some useful organic baby recipes here.
