Reguarding organic foods for years I've had no luck losing weight. My new doctor told me to start going organic and do not eat anything with high fructose corn syrup. this along has allowed me to lose. I'm totally sold on organic and natural foods now.

Whole foods and organic foods have really come to the forefront in today's grocery stores. In my area all Hannaford Supermarkets have recently undergone extensive renovations to include entire sections of natural and orgnanic foods. There must be something to all this b/c major food chains would not do these kinds of changes if there wasn't a huge profit in it.

I found that when we switched to more organic and natural foods, you begin to crave them more. The cravings for the junky foods gets less. I enjoy the way I feel when I eat healthy.
This is the best way to lose weight. Congrats on your success! |

I never knew that Organic foods really increase the level of losing weight. Any kind of food having in smaller quantities and more number of times would surely be helpful in losing weight and maintaining normal diet.

It's true that they are a bit more expensive but it's definitely worth it for your overall health. Good luck with the weight loss. Eating organic can have a lot of benefits aside from weight regulation too so good choice on yours and your doctors part!
