It’s a good idea to switch to organic food supplies. Check out substantial cooking for exhaustive facts and figures on a wide range of food products & also get practical, how-to information about making positive changes.

I would rather by local than organic. We have a farm assured scheme that meets set welfare standards. Lots of organic stuff is a rip off especially imported stuff.
