I agree, I have not tried peppermint tea, but I find that a healthy diet is adequate to meet all my needs.

There is a family owned and managed restaurant near us called "chubby's" that makes the hottest green chili you ever fought your way through.

When I feel that I need a little "cleanse" I just get a quart of Chubby's green chili.

It works wonders, and is less expensive than the colon cleanses I have seen popping up all over the internet.

As many say, I too do not believe in a special thrapy for the digestive tract, it is only that if you eat properly all the time, I mean the vegetables, fibres, minerals, vitamins, nutrients, your body takes care of itself naturally

Drinking enough water helps to clean the toxins in our body, at least 8 glasses of water should be drunk everyday. Proper chewing of food and proper fiber intake will sure keep our digestive track fine... and no one should skip breakfast .. it is most essential. All breakfast, lunch and dinner should be taken in proper time to remain healthy.
