Default Solar thermal power in Australia

Perhaps this should be called "solar tower power"(lol). The power plant is like a gigantic greenhouse. Since hot air rises, and hot air can be used to propel turbines to make electricity, why not build a greenhouse, heat up the air inside, and make a "chimeney" where the hot air can escape through and propel these turbines on its way out? Sounds very promising. Apparently the model to be built could replace a nuclear plant's worth of electricity output

But the thing is E N O U R M O U S ! ! ! ! What I want to know is where are they going to put all of these things? What will happen to the land underneath? Could the interior be used for agriculture? Maybe these power plants could all be tropical resorts inside!?
