Default Worry about fertilizers.

I worry about some of the non-organic fertilizers that are used in the mass production of food. The use of non-organic fertilizer increases nitrogen emissions. This is because nitrogen is an ingredient in fertilizer, and it ends up being washed from the soil into rivers and lakes. As a result, things such as algae grow out of control, and these strip oxygen from the water - thus endangering fish!

I just feel that if proper organic principles are not followed, you end up with some sort of disruption to the environment, which is usually not for the better.
