Well yeah the wind resistance would be the friction from drag and the gravity would be the tires pressed against the concrete. All things considered, once the car is up to speed the energy needed to keep it up to speed would be minimal, and the more aerodynamic, the less energy you need to keep it going.

But that woudl be true of pretty much any car, right? Highway driving takes very little gas. So, a small, energy efficient car for highway driving probably does the same trick as a hybrid. I dont know - just sayin what I've been told.
