Those just look, well, kind of like this idea here:

Amazon.com: Dora Aquapet - Dora the Explorer - Wild Planet Toys: Toys & Games

I thought they both had a similar uniqueness to them which is why I shared the one I found. Although the Dora Aquapet idea is just strange and probably crazy.

Here are some ideas from Ideal Bite re recycled wrapping paper one can buy (even online, I think):
* Holiday Nostalgia Gift Wrap - recycled gift wrap from eco-oriented Smith & Hawken ($9).
* Natural Elements Gift Wrap - made from shedding tree bark, it's got a great fabric-like texture ($6).
* Poinsettias Hemp Wrap - post-consumer recycled paper with a little hemp and flax thrown in for good measure ($5).
* Recycled Tissue Paper - 100% recycled, it's bleached without chlorine ($3).
* Peaceful Valley - not holiday-themed, but we love their nature-themed wraps (prices vary).
* Winter Berries Gift Wrap - UK Biters can get their recycled gift wrap and support wildlife at the same time (£4).
* Ideal Bite's B'day Tip - think beyond paper. Try reusables: one of the best ways to dress up your gift without waste.

Join the Bite Club: give companies your 2¢ and get discounts or freebies.

Personally, I like to use the comics (except newsprint can get on the item if it's not wrapped in tissue paper or plastic first), old maps, old kid's drawings, etc.

Growing up, we re-used wrapping paper from previous events.
It got to the point that after 15 years, I knew every event it had been used at!
I didn't realize then that my parents were such conscientious environmentalists.
Actually, I think it had to do with learning how to do without, having been around in wartime when supplies were scarce or expensive...
