Yeah.

About the cooler though, it will keep ice up to 5 days in 90 degree temperatures, and I'm hoping I can hold the cooler to that guarantee.

The tent will be too small for the cooler so it will always be in the car.

That would be my kind of trip. But something about a 40 person family reunion. This would be "fun!" Ok...won't be that fun when they start hearing my youngest scream and wake throughout the night. LOL!

Peachy, if bears are an issue where you're going, don't bring any food at all into the tent (and no toothbrush/toothpaste/gum/breath mints, either). Bears have a very sharp sense of smell, and you don't want one following his nose into your tent!

For water, you'll want a lot if there isn't any at the campsite. In addition to using it for drinking, you'll need it for handwashing and cleaning your dishes and any cooking items you use. It depends on how long you're going to be there. I've seen people take 5-gallon plastic containers with a spigot, but you could take something smaller if there's somewhere not too far away that you can take it for refills.

By the way, GREAT buys from e-bay, Horselover!

My camping for 12 nights is going to cost $375. Hoteling it would cost $200/night. This is why I can't hotel it while away.

We're heading to Ohio for our honeymoon.

no toothpaste in the tent? Really? Wow. Thank goodness my husband is a seasoned camper. He'll show me the ropes. ROFL! However, I think we're doing a huge family thing...50 people are so from the family will be there. I think it's in a campsite rather than a remote location.

Thanks stepper!

I camp at Bass Lake, near Wiarton. Close to the Bruce Trail, absolutely beautiful, anyone know it?
