Default Earth Box. Anyone Tried it?

Has anyone tried this Earth Box before? http://www.earthbox.com/consumer/what_is.html. Seems like a cool idea. I may give it a shot for my little backyard garden.

hmm seems like a good idea... I think I've seen one of these or something very similar in Home Depot sometime this year.. it was something that let you grow tomates upside down and it would be suspended... and you could use the top as a small table very interesting idea it might get more people trying to grow things without being messy

Hi All,
I have tried earthbox before - in a school garden in an urban setting - it works very well - just make sure you pay attention to the drainage - if it is not some right it could pool up and ruin the crop. We grew beans, tomatoes, carrots, beets, lettuce and spinach for the kids to harvest. Yummy - and city kids got to see where their veggies come from.

This looks cool. Anyone know if you can use it indoors? I don't have a patio here.

That would be cool to use.  I've got to check them out. Says you can use them indoors. Need to find them here in Canada.
