Is there anyone here that has any direct experience with building and living in an Enertia home? Please see the website at Hybrid Solar House.

This is a hybrid home that uses passive solar in combination with geothermal energy. I have been salivating over these homes for 2 years now, but I haven't been able to find anyone who actually owns one of them. I would especially like to know about the house that was built in NE Wisconsin.

I've spoken with the designer of these homes and found him very knowledgeable. In fact, I remember his design featured in one of my college textbooks years ago. I want one of these homes so badly, but I can't figure out how to make it all work financially.

I would think that the designer of these homes would be happy to put you in contact with a few owners as a reference for his own work. Just a thought.
