Hey guys it would be great to get some input for the future development here, is there anything you would like to see added to make it a community? Some things I had in mind are:

Well, since this site is growing at a good rate, it really needs some active mods and admins. You seem to be the only active admin here.

really enjoy this site and talking to everyone on here.. if i lived closer to u all, i would definatly enjoy getting some volunteer activities organized.. the tree idea is great.. maybe things like trash pickup along a section of highway, things like that to get people out there and active... good for the community also.

I'm sure something could be worked out along those lines. We have people from all over the world now, and I'm sure there are many people who live close to you.

Organising a get-together such as the one us Torontonians are thinking about in the spring would be a good idea for those in areas close to each other.

We just need all members to show where they're from to figure out who's close to who. Raptor would have a master list, but that's a lot of work to have to do. If everyone responded to the locations thread, we could get an idea of locations a lot easier.

I myself can't wait to meet some local people and get involved in some activities.

maybe expanding the personal profile area a little more.. not to turn it into a 'my space' or anything, but maybe a space for a few pics or a few questions everyone could answer.. just so we could read up on each other a little more...

I think i'd be good to get more people active on the site, you know a larger group of people would make a bigger difference and all. Spread the word about helping the planet and once more people are informed about it more people would be willing to donate there time to fight against stuff like global warming. I know a lot of people that see movies like "The Day After Tomorrow," and wish they could go something to stop anything like that from ever happening. (Of coarse I know it's fictional, but still...)

If we all do our part to get new members here, we'll become a larger community. We've already hit 300 members and this site has only been active since early last month. So far, word of mouth and print is doing well. I can't wait to see more people here myself.

I've put up a few ads online, but have yet to see results. Maybe an update on where members are coming from would help.

Anything will help I would ask everyone if you ever visit any other blogs or forums try to post a quick link to our website in the end that's what is the best way to expand our community...

as for where members are coming from here is a small brake down

and google search..

in the end I think it's about being active here... we have a lot of members who were active but now don't seem to come back as often... which is sad if everyone would make an effort to log in once or twice a week this place would be even better

but keep going everyone we need everyones help in getting this site successful.
