Raptor, have you ever heard of evergreen.ca? I came across a flyer for it last night at work, and instantly thought of your tree planting idea. By far, I think this is the best resource for your plan for spring.

Today feels pretty much like winter.. all this white stuff fell last night!

White stuff? What's that called again? The only way we see it is when they dump it outside the ice rinks after cleaning the ice.
