I've always wanted to vacation to Antarctica. There's a $160 million science colony about a 3-hour flight from McMurdo Station. This colony houses 250 people who work 12 hours shifts each day. According to journalist Miguel Llanos, it even includes a great food, a gym, and a basketball court. Maybe when the colony is completed around 2010, I could spend my summer vacation there!
