Is this for real…I mean my husband has an ipod that he is very possesive about…I really would want to have my facts right before handing him the onion you know!

LOL! Thanks tom…. household hacker is a star! Still doesn’t tell you whether using your ipod cable in this way, means it is ruined for ordinary use…

Part of wants to give this a try, but I’m a little skeptical. frying the onion would be one thing but frying my ipod doesn’t sound too good! lol

I’m afraid i never got up the nerve to try this myself.. like Greendude, ‘frying’ my ipod was a big concern that hasn’t really been answered.

I have never heard of this alternative energy source, but it sounds intriguing. I would try it but I don’t have an iPOD.

I thing you just kidding with us, It is not possible to charge ipod using an onion.
