Well, I have found that I prefer eschewing harsh chemicals whenever possible (and I don’t eat meat either) and that a spot of peppermint tea will very often keep everything humming.

I eat yogurt which I make a few times a week right in my kitchen. For supplements, I go with flax seeds, wheat grass tablets, and a multi vitamin (no extra iron added) Fish oil (salmon and anchovie)

I agree, I have not tried peppermint tea, but I find that a healthy diet is adequate to meet all my needs.

There is a family owned and managed restaurant near us called “chubby’s” that makes the hottest green chili you ever fought your way through.

When I feel that I need a little “cleanse” I just get a quart of Chubby’s green chili.

It works wonders, and is less expensive than the colon cleanses I have seen popping up all over the internet.

As many say, I too do not believe in a special thrapy for the digestive tract, it is only that if you eat properly all the time, I mean the vegetables, fibres, minerals, vitamins, nutrients, your body takes care of itself naturally

Just go eat at Mcdonalds….usually gets everything out.

Yeah, better than a detox diet, lol. Seriously though…i have never tried a detox diet. Maybe I should try one sometime.

Drinking enough water helps to clean the toxins in our body, at least 8 glasses of water should be drunk everyday. Proper chewing of food and proper fiber intake will sure keep our digestive track fine… and no one should skip breakfast .. it is most essential. All breakfast, lunch and dinner should be taken in proper time to remain healthy.

I eat yoghurt almost every day (and no you don’t need special yoghurt) and make sure I get enough fiber.
The best thing for my digestion is a consistent schedule though. If my body knows when to expect food and exercise, it responds really well.
