I don’t think they sell them here, at least I have never seen tinned sweet potatos.

No, I haven’t seen any tinned sweet potatos but they sell the fresh ones at our local supermarket.

$1.50 for one tin sounds expensive, but i never buy tinned vegetables so i may be a bit out of touch with prices.

$1.50 sounds about right. Possibly a little more expensive than regular tinned vegetables, but not much.

I usually buy frozen potatoes/sweet potatoes. They are a little more expensive, but it’s easier for me since I live alone and the bags of fresh ones are huge.

I haven’t seen frozen ones either, I had a look in the supermarket the other day but they only had a few fresh ones.

It might depend on where you live. I only see them frozen in some of the grocery stores around here.

I think we just get the fresh ones in England.

We have all kinds of frozen potatoes. You can get ones that are stuffed even.

My mom loves the stuffed potatoes.

I get the frozen ones that are already cut up in a bag. I don’t eat very many potatoes, so it’s easier for me to just have a bag in the freezer.

Potatoes are one of the few things that I often have to throw away. I don’t buy too many at a time but often they go off before I use them all. I need to get better at predicting how many I will need.
