We are taking our annual beach trip at the end of August. I can’t wait, we will be spending a week on the California coast! |

hawaii must have been awesome orry main….I get so inspired watching the ocean….it always gets me thinknig on so many things…and it relaxes at the same time….. |

The ocean is very inspiring and relaxing. I just love how good I feel when I am at the ocean. So clear headed and free….. |

One of my most favorite places to be….ever! Is the beach. Day or night, any season. |

There is kind of meditation I have heard where you just close your eyes and listen and try to recognise the different sounds you hear…after a minute your mind is completely devoid of any other worry and you do feel relaxed…. |

Visualization works. Seriously, our minds are so powerful. If we just tune out the mess, it’s amazing what we can accomplish just sitting down. |

Visualization is an amazing tool to use, as is hypnotherapy. I used these during child labor. With great results I might add. |

I usally relax by reading a good book or sitting back and listening to some soothing music. Works every time! |

I use it at the dentist. I’m big into TV, so sometimes I distract myself by replaying scenes in my mind. |

Oh yes, the dentist. I do the same when I go to the dentist, I am such a chicken. I have anxiety about just getting my teeth cleaned. LOL |

Deep breaths helps. Being tired helps too (I try to sleep through it in an odd sort of way). My dentist is very good though. |
