A nice drive somewhere is a great way to relax…..until you have to fill up the gas tank and see the price of gas!

Yes, that is the worst part!
I know that gas prices are higher in other countries and all of that stuff –but that doesn’t mean I can afford these prices right now!

i think the price here is about 4 times what you yankees are paying… so i wouldn’t complain too much!

So what are you paying stavy? I’m just curious.
My problem isn’t so much with the price, but with how fast it is rising. A couple of months ago, I was paying $1 less per gallon, which adds up fast.
As it is, the higher gas prices are cutting into my grocery budget, which is why I’m complaining. I’m already on a very tight budget as it is, and I already drive as little as I can get away with. (I live in an area where I can’t walk to a store and it takes me 2 hours to get somewhere by bus that I could drive to in 12 minutes, so I do rely on my car a lot by necessity. This wasn’t the case when I lived in my university town.)
