I’m less likely to buy something if the sales person is pushy.

Yeah, I just turn around. I’ll get it somewhere else. In fact, I’m dreading having to get a new cell phone this week. I’m very leery of cell sales folks.

The last couple of times I’ve bought a new phone, I researched it online and came in knowing exactly what I wanted. (I did play around with the phones for a few minutes to make sure, but I had an idea of what I wanted when I came in.)

Yes I agree, I do my research and I ask people who already have that type of product in order to get an idea of some of the problems. It is much better than going into the shop and dealing with sales people. When I know what I want I usually buy it online.

I just like to get it over with. Actually, as a fluke I ended up getting a great deal and a much better, more advanced phone than I had before.

you did well then Orry Main. Mobile call package prices have come down so much from what we paid a few years ago.

The manager was just a great lady for customer service. She took a bad PR situation and turned it into a good one.
