Good question stavy! I think the challenge lies in the discipline part. It is so easy to ruin a good diet…..vacations, holidays, dinner parties. LOL |

I definitely believe that we have a lot of toxins in our bodies. Have you ever been sick where you aren’t really eating a lot but going to the bathroom quite a bit? Afterward, when you are feeling better, it’s also a cleaner feeling. I think we rid ourselves of a ton of toxins in those situations. |

It seems to me that our bodies go through these cleansing cycles when it is needed. Always feel the best afterwards. |

Oh the cooking shows do it for me every time! When I watch those I get inspired and also very hungry! |

I would love to eat organic food, also. But it’s just way too expensive for my budget right now. What a shame! |
