Good question stavy! I think the challenge lies in the discipline part. It is so easy to ruin a good diet…..vacations, holidays, dinner parties. LOL

I definitely believe that we have a lot of toxins in our bodies. Have you ever been sick where you aren’t really eating a lot but going to the bathroom quite a bit? Afterward, when you are feeling better, it’s also a cleaner feeling. I think we rid ourselves of a ton of toxins in those situations.

It seems to me that our bodies go through these cleansing cycles when it is needed. Always feel the best afterwards.

Oh the cooking shows do it for me every time! When I watch those I get inspired and also very hungry!

I would love to eat organic food, also. But it’s just way too expensive for my budget right now. What a shame!
