I don’t either, elf, and I don’t really want to. That is probably why this fall and will last a really long time.

I have never heard of this software. It is great that it is free though. Will make others want to use it if it is free.

We actually go through a lot of paper because I homeschool the girls. I have to print so much work for them, its ridiculous. The oldest is 14 & all I have to print is her courses, she can write out what she needs to just fine. The little ones though, they are learning to write so they go through 20+ sheets of paper each week. They are 4 & 5 though, so hoepfully it won’t be too much longer & I’ll be able to switch them to a similar course like their older sister.

I do try to conserve paper as much as possible though. When I print coupons, if there’s only one coupon on a page, I’ll flip it around & have it print another one on the bottom/back of the page. I also try to print on both side of the paper for the girls school when appropriate but with one little one being a lefty & the other a righty, it can be difficult. They have binders for their schoolwork & if their writing assignment is on both sides, it hurts their wrists to write on 1 side of the paper.

It sounds like you are doing what you can!

I’m left-handed, and I always hated writing on on the front side of the paper when I had binders/ spiral notebooks in school, because my hand would rest on the rings. I eventually got the kind that opened at the top of the page instead, or would use looseleaf paper and put them in the binder when I was done. Maybe if the kids have the same problems when they get older, something like that could work.

We use quite a bit of paper due to home schooling also. We print on both sides too. It does help a bit. I also save all the pages that are misprints to use for scrap paper. My little ones use a lot of scrap paper.

The girls like coloring pages too, so any misprints or pages needed only temporarily (like recipes that we don’t like) are used by the girls to doodle on. When I print coupons 2 to a page, there is usually a strip in the middle that the girls can doodle on or make their own ‘coupons’ to give to me or their daddy. LOL my silly girls
