Check out this water-collection gadget: link This looks like a great idea for people with yards or gardens! Collecting rainwater may become more and more important as climate change alters snowfall and rainfall patterns. |

Thats cool! I think its also a great idea to hook it up to a toilet system to your house too. I mean youd have to do a bit of filtering first for that but, nothing wrong with using rainwater for the toilet. Why in our infinite wisdome do we use potable water for the toilets? |

pretty slick! a few months ago we had a bad flood and living near the river i was able to grab a few of those plastic barrels that had washed on to the shore. i plan on making a rainwater collector this summer |

LOL! Let’s hope people don’t mistake it for a keg of beer! But that’s really smart! My dad uses just a bucket and covers the top…no spout. He just uses an old ice cream bucket to scoop water out when he needs it. |

I love the RainReserve Diverter system. Mine came with all the parts for my rain barrel along with the diverter. So far it has worked awesome through the winters and heavy rainstorms. |

Rain water can be collected in a Reservoir and can be used when it is necessary. |
