There are a number of scientists that dispute it, the science used to prove it was proven faulty by the very commission that used it in the first place and most of the scientists on the panel that said it was a problem were quoted out of context and are now going to court because of it.

All of that doesn't change one little tiny FACT of science: Science is ALWAYS open to debate and discussion. It's the basic foundation of science. Anytime someone tells you that the scientific debate is over, look closely at what they are really trying to sell you.
