survival of the fittest? Shall we take any extra steps to preserve something that, perhaps, nature intends to die out?

survival of the fittest..

hmm..interesting chris...but then if things would have become exticnt or died out naturally...it would not have been a great concern..what is happening today is mostly man made disasters that are killing many living organisms...so survival is on human mercy right now...not on natural selecttion of the fittest.

this is a question...

about attitude... the forth-comming point is on the amount of consciousness that is dedicated to the human manuplativeness. we are concuming the world; we are changing the world in our wild spree...

consequently, should humans feel responsible and consciously bring tactfulness to actions?

or should no conservative cognition be employed upon which are manupulated for living out the life as much voraciously and rampageously as human instincts instigate?

and if one chooses to take responsiblity

then it is a matter of judgmentality by which, observation and decision on whether the extinction is extensively bacause of human interference or of some natural on-going process strike out as the most important elements. if "significant human interference" is not present from the begining, then let it die; and if else way, save it.

and here is an ages old phrase that is hurdled fittingly here

fair is foul and foul is fair, hover through the fog and filthy air... (william shakespeare, macbeth)

good can be rendered bad... very easily. do not save a creature for millions to die.
