Who keep making dams in places man thinks they shouldn't?

that is part of their nature to build dams...if I am not forgetting they are the ones who taught man to build dams...so instead of now thinknig them as a nuisance...let us learn to appreciate their skills.

if beavers are becomming nuisance...
or any other critter as a matter of fact, then it's time to look at it's living environment and see what predetoral/adversity measures and elements are missing from it, if inbalance exists is this caused by mankind and accordingly if situation is environmentally-friendly-wise ammendable.
