HereToday asks:Are fast food purveyors getting better about packaging?
I haven't been to a McDonalds or the like in many a year since I'm a vegetarian, but I recall they used to package everything in ten pounds of paper and cardboard and plastic. Are they still doing that?

But I do know that they seem to be getting better. At least judging from the trash on the side of the roads....

I have noticed
that there is much less of the polystyrene packaging. All the burgers come in recyclable cardboard now. Our local KFC will only give you a plastic acarrier bag if you insist.
