Look into it. It's not exactly all raw. It has many things that are basically semi-raw (cooked at under 150 degrees). The theory being that this gives you the best nutrition.
It will NOT upset your digestion. In fact, I highly recommend a week of raw fruits and veggies for anyone with stomach issues. That generally cures them.
the sooner people realise that the only way to really lose weight is to completely change your lifestyle, the better off we'll all be, unless we sell fad diets for a living of course. Then we'd have to go and make an honest living instead.
You need some of all foods for a balanced and healthy diet. With a foocus on eating less fat and less sugars. Add a little regular exercise.. That's it.

I totally agree... just look at how much your weight changes between summer and winter... I have big swings because I can't get out in the winter as much to exercise.
I hve eaten raw fruits a lot and also do eat just fruits for a day...but then a diet that only contains raw food...I havn't tried yet...back to the past we'll be going, before the discovery of fire.....
I haven't tried it because I truly believe it is no better than other schemes that people use to make themselves feel special and to convince others that they know more than the average person.
At best, it's a fad. At worst, it's a poorly balanced diet, IMHO.
