I've noticed all sorts of diets online. Each is supposed to give you long life, great health, and be kinder to the environment. They can't ALL be worthwhile.
When evaluating claims surrounding a diet, What claims do you find believable? What claims do you find totally ridiculous?
No one gained 10 pounds in a night. No matter how good that cake was, even if you ate the whole thing, you didn't gain weight in a night. You aren't going to lose it in one either.
